The concept of a modular design, fully automatic dispensing line incorporating a ID marking station, a dispensing system using a highly precise Cartesian XYZ robotic arm to maneuver the intricate dispensing profile and a palletizing pick and place arm to load the completed parts onto empty trays. The trays supply system is designed to be in-lined concept from trays loading through to trays unloading directly onto trolleys. The fully loaded trolleys are then transferred to down-stream processes.
