The "Compensation and Compensation Committee" of the company formulates and reviews the policies, systems, standards and structures for evaluating the performance evaluation and remuneration of directors and managers of the company and the remuneration they receive, and submits the proposals to the board of directors for discussion. The Compensation Committee meets at least twice a year.
